Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the items you wish to return, and submit a return request to receive your authorization.

Package Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the return packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Ship the Package

Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or PatPat wallet within 7 to 10 business days.
